Four product lines: a power source sensor, a patented anti-counterfeiting system, a testing platform and connected test benches. Each one came out of a real problem on a real shop floor.
A sensor that looks at the shape of the incoming supply and tells you whether a load is running on the utility grid or on a backup diesel generator — without any signal from the changeover switch and without rewiring the building.
That single fact unlocks a lot: per-load DG cost allocation, genuine carbon footprint figures for backup power, load shedding that reacts to the source, and evidence of whether a generator is over- or under-sized.

A cloud system that binds an article's test result to the article itself. Machines on the line feed weight, timestamp, composition and assay data to a controller; the system generates a unique code or encrypted barcode and prints it on the article. Anyone downstream can scan it and get a yes or no.
The code is single-use — it expires the moment the article is sold — so a genuine code cannot be harvested and reprinted onto a counterfeit. Machine learning over the supply-chain scan data flags the patterns that fraud leaves behind.

PRATUM is one integrated tool for laboratories, R&D centres, manufacturing plants and processing units. It holds your assets, your bookings, your calibration records and your test data in one place, and keeps them in sync across every site you run.
It is cloud-enabled or on-premise, and it works the same on a desktop, a tablet or a phone.

Every instrument across every laboratory, searchable by specification, standard, owner, location or test type. That makes sharing equipment between laboratories and divisions practical rather than theoretical.
Design and lab teams book equipment themselves. Compatible tests are combined to save bench time, bookings are visible in real time, and utilisation is measured rather than estimated.
No instrument can be used without a valid calibration. Due dates, maintenance and breakdowns are tracked, with automatic reminders by app, SMS and email.
Asset utilisation charts that support real CAPEX and OPEX decisions, plus predictive maintenance driven by how the equipment is actually being used.

The same modules run for hospital test-equipment management — inventory, SOP and training records, calibration control, booking by department, and real-time sync across sites.
Benches that manage themselves. They know their own calibration status, stream data to a server or the cloud for trend analysis, run the same way from a PC, tablet or phone, and generate the test report when the test finishes.
The architecture is modular and layered — driven by software rather than by hardware — so a bench can be re-purposed for a new standard without being rebuilt.
