Four things we do.

Specialist recruitment for power systems and grid software, laboratory build-outs, energy and power quality studies, and training. Take a whole programme or a single vacancy.

01 — Recruitment & specialist hiring

Power-systems talent, hired by power engineers.

We are the specialist hiring partner to a US-based grid management company for its India operation, and we now hire for a growing number of grid, utility and energy-software teams in India.

The difference is who does the screening. Our founder is an IIT Delhi graduate with more than 16 years at GE, UL and Schneider Electric, and serves on BIS and IEC standards committees. Candidates are tested on domain depth, not on keyword matches — so the shortlist you receive has already survived a technical interview by someone who has done the job.

  • Engineers screen engineers — every candidate is technically pre-screened
  • Proven on niche power-systems roles for a US-based grid management company
  • A focused network across utilities, OEMs, grid-software firms and consultancies
  • One point of contact, from brief to joining

How we engage

Permanent hiringFull-time employees on your own payroll.
Contract & contract-to-hireFast ramp-up for project-driven work, with the option to convert to permanent later
Contract staffing on our payrollEngineers deployed onto your project but employed by us — ESIC, EPFO, GST and payroll all handled here. Temporary staffing (minimum one year), fixed-term contracts and sub-contract engagements.
Dedicated team buildMultiple roles at once for a new India team or delivery centre

Beyond power systems

The power-sector desk is our most active, but the same screening approach covers the rest of the engineering roles we know: test lab systems architects, IoT hardware design engineers, panel wiring engineers, product certification specialists, and software development and test engineers.

Our four-step process

  • STEP 1

    Understand

A technical brief taken directly with the hiring manager, not a job description passed through a recruiter.

  • STEP 2

    Source

Our curated power-sector network and referrals, rather than a job-board spray.

  • STEP 3

    Screen

A technical interview conducted by domain engineers before anyone reaches your shortlist.

  • STEP 4

    Deliver

Shortlist, interview coordination, offer negotiation and joining support.

Share one open role.

Send us a single priority vacancy and we will come back with a technically screened shortlist. A 20-minute call is enough to start the first search.

02 — Test laboratory setup

From an empty room to an accredited laboratory.

Most laboratory projects fail in the specification, not the installation. We start with what you actually need to prove, work backwards to equipment and layout, and stay with the project through commissioning and assessment.

  • Feasibility studies and cost estimation
  • Concept design and laboratory layout
  • Laboratory and equipment specification
  • Procurement of equipment and services
  • Supply, installation and commissioning
  • Preparation for quality assessment
  • Laboratory relocation and refurbishment
  • Laboratory team training

Laboratory types

  • Short circuit test labs
  • Electrical switchgear & controlgear
  • Electric vehicles & EV infrastructure
  • Smart grid simulation benches
  • Environmental labs
  • Systems validation labs
  • Labs to RDSO specifications for railways
  • Any lab to IEC, UL, CSA, IS, BS or EN

03 — Energy and power quality studies

Measure it before you try to reduce it.

Connect any energy meter that speaks an open protocol over RS485, RS232 or Ethernet. Monitor voltage, current, power, energy and the full harmonic picture, from the whole plant down to individual machines, and find where the losses actually are.

  • Vendor-neutral: works with any meter that uses an open communication protocol
  • All electrical and power quality parameters, including harmonics
  • Cloud (Azure) or on-premise server, your choice
  • Analytics that identify efficiency losses and savings opportunities

Studies we run on site

  • Power quality at system, sub-system and equipment level
  • Energy consumption studies, and where the savings actually are
  • Short circuit studies to identify safety risk
  • Electrical architecture and relay coordination
  • EV charging infrastructure effects on distribution
  • Nuisance tripping from EV charging, DG power and solar

04 — Training & consulting

Knowledge transfer, not slideware.

Classroom or online, with material prepared as documents, video or animation, and a competency assessment at the end.

Training

  • Products and testing to IEC, UL or any national or international standard
  • Training material for supplier and end-user teams — document, video or animated form
  • Classroom or online delivery
  • Evaluation plans and examinations for personnel competency assessment

Consulting

  • Digital transformation for manufacturing, research and test
  • IoT technologies and where they are worth applying
  • Electrical power systems architecture, including smart grids
  • Tools and technologies for electrical maintenance

Power quality, energy and short circuit studies sit under service 03.
