Furnace instrumentation
A temperature sensor rated for 1200 °C mounted inside the cupellation furnace itself, streaming the full heating profile of every batch rather than a single spot reading taken by hand.

Every system on this page started as a problem a customer could not solve with something off the shelf. These are in production, not in a lab notebook.
Process monitoring
Gold assaying is a process where the integrity of the result depends on the integrity of the process. We instrumented the process.
A temperature sensor rated for 1200 °C mounted inside the cupellation furnace itself, streaming the full heating profile of every batch rather than a single spot reading taken by hand.
Every assaying centre reporting into one dashboard, with statistics on time-on-temperature and alerts when a furnace runs outside its qualified window.
Cameras, weighing scales and furnace sensors tied to one record, closing the loop that previously made tampering hard to detect in the assaying chain.
The same live view on every device, so a supervisor responsible for many centres does not have to be sitting at one of them.
AI & computer vision
A large amount of working test equipment has no data port and never will. Rather than replace it, we read its display the way a technician does — and then do what a technician cannot, which is do it every time, log it, and timestamp it.

Identity & surveillance
Where a test result carries commercial or statutory weight, the identity of the operator matters as much as the reading. We integrate biometrics and two-factor authentication into the test applications themselves, and pair them with centralised multi-site CCTV.

Energy & condition monitoring
Current and acceleration sensors on a 3-axis vertical milling machine, sampled through a gateway into a database, produce a signature distinct enough to tell face milling from pocket milling from drilling — and to show tool wear before the part goes out of tolerance.
The same approach extends to motors, air conditioners and any rotating or cyclic load.

Most of the work on this page started that way. Describe it and we will tell you whether it is buildable and roughly what it takes.
